I thought I’d share some of the fitness challenges I’ve signed up for lately. I recently have found out about a website called Tribesports which give many different workout challenges for pretty much any sport or sports activity you can think of.
Currently the challenges I am doing are 1:) Holding a plank position for two minutes for seven days, 2:) 25 squats a day for seven days, 3:) No soft drinks for a month which is not really a fitness challenge but a health challenge one that I am finding difficult and I am only on day two. 4:) is no alcohol for a month which also may be a challenge seeing it is the summer and there is nothing like a cold beer on a hot day lol!
Maybe I am being overly ambitious with the challenges but we shall see. Well I am off to the gym. Hope everyone has a great Saturday! Cheers!
