Yesterday after work my wife and I went to my parents house for dinner. I wanted to run again and it was a great run though I got a little too much sun. Didn’t get sun burnt or anything just felt pretty wiped out by the end of the run. A lot of the run was up hill and it was pretty windy.
It took me a little under an hour to run the 8k’s to my parents house. I do want to run a marathon at some point in my life. My wife did some calculations based on my run last night and figured I could potentially run a marathon in 4hrs and 37mins. Needles to say, it tired me out and I was ready to go home by 9:30pm.
I didn’t feel like running at all today though I had a good 7k walk. I’m not sure exactly how long it took me to walk that because I made a couple of stops along the way. I’m hoping to walk the same distance tomorrow though I’ll see how I am feeling then. I did no weights today and I’m not doing weights tomorrow either. A friend of mine said the other day that fitness people don’t seem to know when to stop, and I’m sure there is a lot of truth to that. Well that is all for today.
